[Case Study] Bucket Elevator Chain Replacement Project

We will introduce a case where the chain was replaced due to the progression of wear on the roller, with some areas showing cracks.

We would like to introduce a case of "bucket elevator chain renewal work" carried out at a ready-mixed concrete factory in the Kanto region. The chain of the bucket elevator had deteriorated, and there was significant wear on the rollers, with some areas even showing cracks, prompting the need for replacement. We replaced the chain and reused the existing buckets. To prevent the buckets from detaching, we welded all the bolts and nuts.
